Decoration is normally a matter of the image/branding that the business wants to project. Therefore, we are content for commercial tenants to decorate as they wish, bearing in mind that at the end of the lease the property will need to be returned to the Landlord in a good lettable condition so extreme decoration will not be acceptable at the end of the lease.
The property insurance protects against most risks such as fire, theft and some weather damage. What it does not cover are repairs to property caused by a lack of maintenance and repair.
